Nice facial expression. You've caught a great moment in action here. It has a good dimensional quality to it, but I feel that it could be stronger. One way to up it is by reducing the outlines and keeping the shading consistent throughout the whole piece. Some areas are looking flatter than others, but the well shaded ones, such as his hands, really pop and look great.
