hey Alexa, so the surfaces living in between the outlines is too well sorry to say... boring there just isn't anything happening on the legs the skirt the arms the hood etc, not sure if found any reference, if you find reference you really need to try to replicate what you see in your reference in your image if you haven't you absolutely must find some reference and use it.
